Congressman Jordan thank you for taking the time let's start with the potential impeachment of Merrick Garland congressman. What is the latest.

We are going to keep digging for the facts and the truth but this latest revelation from the IRS whistleblower.

Where it sounds like the US attorney in Delaware was requesting special counsel status and it was denied by according to the whistleblower denied by the attorney general of the United States.

The US attorney in Delaware was in the case of the state and that contradicts what they turned by to under oath in front of the United States Senate.

When he said no he'd take a hands off approach that David wife the US attorney in Delaware run the case of what he felt was was needed.

So we got a problem there and as a result of not having special counsel status the case wasn't able to be brought in the district of Columbia or the central district of California which is where this fact the fact matter should have been prosecuted.

I just had one on a thing chart understand because it couldn't be brought there this this wound up allowing the two two thousand fourteen tax year for Hunter Biden that dealt with bereave all that income for that year not to not to be able to be prosecuted against that special invitation run on that.

So that's a big problem we're going to continue to dig into it and if the facts take us to impeachment then then we'll go there but we've got a we've got a we're not there yet we've got to continue to do our work and do the investigation on Mara Garland on my orcus in Franklin in the president.

Yeah so just as a side note impeachment of cabinet officials is possible but it's rare usually we think of impeachment proceedings of presidents is it a similar process congressman as far as starts in the house and it gets got out of committee then a floor vote to the senate.

Yeah and look at any time we do it we would do it in a way that I think provides a real real due process unlike what what they did to president Trump both first and second time but certainly certainly the second time but even the first time where I said in the bunker in the basement of the capital we're doing deposition where interview and what this is president Trump never got the calling of his witnesses his attorneys didn't get to be a part of me and it we would do it in a way that would be fair if we get to that point regardless of who it may.

So the we've seen now that all roads lead the Joe Biden you are recently on rear bar bar almost program saying that impeachment of Joe Biden is now on the table is that correct congressman well I mean think about it we now have this 1023 form where you have a foreign national alleging that that used to term the big guy so you have people now on both sides of the question.

Underbinding business partner using that term someone who is actually paying the money to the Biden family using that term the the 1023 form according to the to the whistleblower says that the confidence or human source said that this was the these conversations were happening money in exchange for policy decision and now you have this IRS issue where you got the what's that message you got all the details that the whistleblower has brought forward with what the justice department did Biden's justice department did.

I don't think we're there yet but I do think if the facts take us there we are constitutionally bound if this is a high crime bribery trees and Mr. Meendol the definition the Constitution if we get there then we'll have to do that but we got to continue the best to get personal.

Yeah we have to we have to look at I think it's time to impeach Joe Biden and I think the facts will lead there and you guys are doing this very maturely unlike the Democrats by the way who did to shot the impeachment's the second one even more so than the first one.
