it's a tough time to be an appropriator. Number two, the Senate makes moves to change that big,

beautiful bill. And number three, introducing the creator economy. All right, Jake, let's get into it.

We are leading Punch Bowl News a.m. with a look at the funding for fiscal year 2026, the House is said to vote on a

$9 billion rescissions package cutting huge chunks of money from U.S. foreign aid and $1 billion

from the Corporation of Public Broadcasting, which help funds PBS and NPR. They're taking their

direction really straight from President Donald Trump.

And right now, if you just look, I mean, appropriators are losing more and more of their power,

the power of the congressional purse.

Yeah, you listen, Anna, appropriators and I guess Congress to a larger degree, we're screwed.
