0:36.8	the ESPN that triggered a five-day period in T&T's belief that for them to

0:46.2	There's a ton of really interesting stuff here. The NBA did not allow them to match and
0:52.3	Warner Brothers Discovery owns ONCT, had a complaint filed, fired up and filed it very quickly thereafter.
1:00.1	I thought that this might continue to play out an attempt to settle it.
1:04.1	We do get some stuff here as well on the matching language clearly in the
1:08.6	complaint this is going to be presented in the way that is most favorable to Warner Brothers Discovery, but I will
1:16.5	attempt to summarize as well as I can what their argument is, which is essentially
1:20.5	that TNT had these rights that included non-broadcast television and in their
1:26.8	interpretation of the agreement that includes any kind of streaming.
1:30.0	They make the point that yes Amazon Prime video is Video is streaming, but TNT is also streamed.
