A thing a little rundown I mean how overrated do you think Italian food would be in Italy it can't be overrated I have never ever ever heard Scott you didn't go to Italy when you were over there did you I did not I've never heard anybody come back from Italy and say yeah the mid. Like, everybody that comes back from Italy is like,

you think you've had Italian food,

you would not believe how good it is in Italy.

And everybody talks about how fresh the pasta taste and all those things.

Well, they're like wheat grows completely different.

Yeah, that's what everybody says.

Like, you can taste the difference in the pasta. Like, you don't even have to be that trained, you know, like some sort of culinary trained person to tell the difference. You can tell the difference in the pasta. I will one day know because I love Italian food and I am going to Italy and I am going to eat my way through Italy. I may come back here weighing 500 pounds but I'm going to eat my way through Italy one day Well see that's the thing

The wheat they use over there is supposedly like better for you. And so people come back and not gain weight. That's the other thing I've heard is people are like, man, I went over there and ate my weight and pasta and didn't gain a pound. Now you're probably doing a lot of walking. Probably don't know. What's the thing they, the term they use for American pasta, it spikes your hyperglycemic index or something. Yeah. It's full of sugars and makes you, makes you super full and fat. Yeah. I don't mind being super full. See, but people say the same thing about pizza here, you know, like New York pizza, you know, their water is different.

It is different. It is different. My wife's from New Jersey, the bagels are a thousand times

better out there than they are down here. I don't think the pizza is that much more amazing.

In New York? Yep. Yeah, because you lived up there when you worked for Letterman, right? I did.

Yeah. Do you eat a lot of pizza up there?

Not any more often than I eat it here.

Were you like Michael Scott was your favorite New York Pizzeria Sabaro?

That's one of the good ones. I don't think I ever had a slice of Sabro.
