0:06.0	How long did it take you to grow to that size?

0:09.0	Okay.
0:10.0	Yeah, about a year.
0:11.0	How did you scale so fast? What was like your formula to growing 12 in a year?
0:16.0	And did you purchase all those box trucks?
0:18.0	Did you rent any?
0:19.0	I purchased the first eight and rented the other four.

0:22.5	And then I realized renting them.
0:23.6	The price margin wasn't really advantageous for me to keep renting.

0:29.3	So it was kind of like spending my wheels with the last four.

0:35.5	Get a box truck, get a good, decent driver, and just duplicate what you did to own the first truck. Just keep it running. Just keep it running. Just keep doing the same thing over and over again. Right. How did you find drivers? Indeed. I was on Indeed a lot. Well, when I first started, no, no, let me take, when I first started with box trucks, I was Craigslist okay right so good old Craigslist right
0:56.0	free advertisement you get what you pay for so um so with that came a different type of driver okay right
1:03.2	and you already got to understand with box trucks you don't need a CDL so a lot of drivers weren't
1:07.9	really committed to trucking right so here goes the high turnover rate.
