0:09.9	giver first before I take. I've been in the industry for over about seven years collectively,
0:14.4	whether it's warehousing combined with trucking. Trucking independently is 12 years in reality.
0:19.5	I'm an active CDL holder.
0:21.5	I'm going to let that be known.
0:22.9	I feel like that's a very important,
0:24.3	a very important part of the industry that's being missed.
0:27.4	But I strive to just educate people on being able to establish a system
0:30.9	and a start that has a standard.
0:34.0	So you ain't got to back up off of it and like,
0:35.9	oh, now I need to get caught up.
0:39.9	Now, we got to start you off with a standard from the get-go.
0:43.9	So a lot of it's just mainly just want to infuse people with the knowledge that they need to be mechanically inclined, whether they are or not.
0:46.6	I don't need you to turn a wrench, but I need you to find something.

0:49.6	I want to sharpen your eyes. I want to sharpen your width. And I know being an owner operator of the past,
0:54.5	I know that at some point in the time, you stop lifting that hood. You know what I'm saying? And
0:58.6	when I see people understand that and get the concept of, I don't even check that, now it's
1:04.0	time for us to double back and revitalize this industry with what makes it like move smoothly.
