I'm here with Adam Azer and surprisingly fun.

Jaguars win over the Saints, especially, you know, if you tuned out at halftime,

you'd be surprised to learn that this actually was a close, well-fought game between these two teams.

The Saints' offense came alive in the second half, really the fourth quarter.

A couple of good drives there, but a lot to talk about in this one.

So we're just going to focus on this game.

And I think the biggest talking point from this game is just going to be what's going

on with Calvin Ridley.

Is there any hope here?

We're talking about a guy who, you know, worked his way into the second third round

conversation in a lot of fantasy drafts this year.

And he's had three double-digit games now so far this season.

It's been a really, really tough start.

I made a joke on Twitter about how Gabe Davis in 2022 and Calvin Ridley in 2023, at least you had your first

half of week one victory laps. Do you have any reason to be confident in Calvin Ridley moving

forward? Yeah, I think he's a matchup guy. I think, you know, he came into the game as just

outside the top 30 per game. And he's had some tough matchups, but he's got more on the schedule. I mean, I think Pittsburgh next week is probably an easy matchup. But I think what we're seeing from Ridley is that when he faces a team with good outside cornerbacks, whether it's the J. Sneed or AJ Terrell or the two guys that the Saints have, they have very good corners. It's just not good for him. And Trevor Lawrence is

spreading the ball around. It's E.T.N. and Ingram and Kirk and Agnew or Zay Jones when he's back and Calvin Ridley. And Ridley's hard for him to get more than eight targets in a game. He only had four in this game. So I really wanted to sit him. I started him in three leagues. They didn't have any better options. I mean, I did. I didn't realize at the time that even KJ. Oz worked like I was going to be, I wasn't going to send him for that. But I think he's done as a guy where I'm defaulting to start with him. I am defaulting to sit with Ridley. And if it's a good matchup, I will start him. If it's a bad matchup, I will sit Calvin Ridley now. Yeah, there was one play in particular. He was late in the game. He was lined up against Paulson Adivo on the outside. Paulson Adivo ran a 4-5-40 at the combine. Calvin Ridley, I mean, this is, you know, five, five, six years back, but he ran a four-four-three. And, and Ridley just didn't look as fast as him.
