Today on Stick to Football, we continue the previews.

In FC West gets the treatment today as we're sitting here Thursday morning.

We made it through a spring and summer of just dread and doom, but gentlemen we finally made it and today we get to talk

about the NFC West we get to preview and pick some games blind review comes

back we got draft on draft it feels good to have made it. Again, you all are listening to this

Friday morning, I understand we're going to be a little bit dated, but it feels so good to be sitting here

and to be able to wake up this morning and say, the NFL season is back. And I don't know where you all felt but I know like in March when the pandemic hit it was like oh

Okay, we have time to get this under wraps April. We were all focused on the draft may may, you know, we start our quote-unquote break that they had us take.

And then it was like, by June and July, I was like, holy crap, we might not have football.

Like it's not looking good, but the NFL really deserves a

gigantic amount of applause and credit for how they've handled this and I know they're

still skeptic so we're like oh we'll see if they finish the season.

I'm just going to be excited today that there's a game on tonight that is real and matters.

Yeah, I mean, for those of you who are listening on it on Friday, and remember how you felt yesterday morning when you heard

it I'm very excited about it too and I do think Matt you say the NFL hats

off to them I think hats off to the NFL players as well I think they realize how important this is and everything that they have to go through

to ensure that they have a season. Yes, it's good for them. They get to collect their

paycheck, but it's also really good for us.

And I do think that they are sacrificing a lot, having to go through all these protocols.

I mean, we even see it in the NBA, now we have players kind of violating bubble terms.

So I'm very happy that we got football back last night.
