Uber is buying a 4.5% stake in Food Delivery Group Delivery Hero from ProSys for the equivalent of about $318 million.

Procise is divesting the stake as an EU antitrust remedy. The divestment was a condition for

EU authorities to approve processes $4.8 billion acquisition last year of rival Justeat

takeaway, as antitrust authorities said the deal could have hampered food delivery competition.

The price of 20 euros a share represents a roughly 22% premium to delivery

hero's average share price for the last month. Dronmaker AVEX went public today in an IPO

that valued the key player in Ukraine's fight against Russia at over $2 billion. Avex is backed

by Madison Dearborn Partners, and its funded order backlog

more than doubled to about $503 million at the end of last year. That's up from $179 million

in 2024. Ukraine accounted for a substantial portion of the company's nearly $433 million

revenue last year.

Avex's largest customer is the U.S. government.

And the price of Bitcoin rose after Iran said the Strait of Hormuz is completely open to

commercial vessels following a ceasefire in Lebanon.

The price of the largest cryptocurrency advanced to around $77,300 Friday afternoon,
