I'm Julie Chang for the Wall Street Journal.

Shares of Palantir Technologies jumped, closing up nearly 8% today. They were boosted by higher than expected quarterly figures and a

brighter annual outlook. The data software company attributed the results to wider adoption of

artificial intelligence. Meanwhile, shares of Taiwan

semiconductor fell 2.7 percent. After Taiwan authorities arrested and detained three people,

following the chipmaker's allegations that current and former employees had illegally obtained trade

secrets. On top of that, President Trump said today he would

unveil tariffs on semiconductors, quote, within the next week or so.

Linda Yacarino, the former CEO of X, has a new gig. She's now the CEO of E-Med Population Health,

a privately held health management company. Y Yakarino left Elon Musk's social media

platform X after a tumultuous two years. The journal reported her departure was months in the making

amid clashes with management. Emet population health is a unit of EMED which focuses on patients taking

weight management medications.

Finally, NASA's acting administrator, Sean Duffy, has laid out a plan directing the agency to support more private space stations.

In a memo viewed by the journal, Duffy said the approach would give NASA and station developers more flexibility.
