Google is once again in federal court

for a second antitrust lawsuit in less than a year.

A US district judge heard opening statements today in a case over the Tech Giant's ad business.

The Justice Department and 17 states alleged Google used unlawful tactics to lock advertisers and publishers

into using its tools and prevent the rise of rivals.

Google says its success comes from a long record of innovation and that it is losing market share to companies like Microsoft and Tic-Toc.

Squarespace and private equity firm,

Permira, say they have reached an agreement to boost the buyout offer price

to take the website development company private.

Squarespace shareholders will now receive $40,000. the website development company private.

That's up from the previously agreed price of $44 a share, which some investors criticized saying it undervalued the company.

Shares in enterprise software firm Oracle surged 8% in after-hours trading after it beat quarterly

expectations and announced a partnership deal with Amazon Web Services.

Oracle Chairman and CTO Larry Ellison and AWS CEO Matt Garman are expected to discuss the partnership at Oracle's Cloud World event tomorrow afternoon.

And Apple has unveiled its latest line of products, including iPhones with AI features thinner smart watch designs and upgraded air pods.
