Envidias 10 for 1 stock split took place after the market closed today.

Trading on the split adjusted basis will start on Monday.

The artificial intelligence boom increased demand

for NVIDIA's chips and the company's valuation has soared. The chipmaker says it wants to

make stock ownership more accessible to employees and investors.

Unionized workers at Samsung Electronics staged what they say was the first ever walkout

at the South Korean technology giant.

The action at the world's top memory chipmaker

had no immediate impact on operations. The National Samsung Electronics Union says

many of its members walked out after several rounds of wage talks broke down.

Union officials declined to give details on how many workers went on strike.

A Samsung spokesman says the company's management has been and will continue to be sincere in talks with the

union.

And Soft Bank Corp plans to build a large-scale data center at Sharp Corp's plans in Osaka,

Japan.
