Ocala for the Wall Street Journal. Changes may be coming for Netflix's

culture.

We are exclusively reporting that the streaming giant is discussing removing the freedom and

responsibility section from the corporate culture memo that the company often cites

as a blueprint for its success.

That's according to people familiar with the situation.

The change would be part of a larger revamp of the culture memo meant to shorten and

simplify it for employees and recruits.

Other substantial changes would include emphasizing creativity and creative freedom.

A Netflix spokesman declined to comment.

Apple has reached a $ hundred ninety million dollar settlement in a class action lawsuit brought

by investors. The plaintiffs said the company concealed falling demand for the

iPhone in China in 2018. Apple denied any wrongdoing in the settlement agreement

and said it settled to avoid a protracted and costly legal fight.

Apple declined to comment further.
