I'm Victoria Craig for the Wall Street Journal. 4,000 small towns and cities

across the U.S. will be able to order same and next day delivery from Amazon by the end of this year.

The announcement comes after the company said in April that it's investing more than $4 billion

to expand its rural delivery network. Over in the UK, Amazon says it plans to invest

$54 billion over the next three years to expand its warehouse network and AI infrastructure

to bulk up e-commerce and cloud operations. That, the company says, will create thousands of jobs.

Elsewhere, artificial intelligence startup, a bridge, which automates
