Summary
Today our guest is a former NAUU National Champion, Army veteran and a man who competed in the 1968 Olympics for the United States in Greco Roman Wrestling, Bob Roop. Roop has held major singles titles in both Bill Watt's Mid South Wrestling and Eddie Graham's Championship Wrestling from Florida and competed in most major territories of the time and during the mid 80's, he portrayed Maha Singh in Kevin Sullivan's legendary "Army of Darkness" Stable. A fantastic in ring competitor and an all time great, strap in for a very detailed and comprehensive chat that covers Roop's entire career.
