| 2:32.6 | working how do you stay in such great shape? Well, I like to say it's all me, but it's not. I do exercise every day. I go to the gym and work. I do a lot of cardio. I do the bicycle. I do weights. I don't do a lot of heavy lifting because I'm not strong, but I just try to tone up. But good Lord bless me and give me some good health, and my blood pressure is good, cholesterol is good, so I try to just do the rest of it and just take care of it. But so far, so good. It just seems crazy. I mean, you're in great shape and you're still wrestling. It feels like most people, when they get to that age,'s no way you're thinking about getting back in the ring well i thought about that a lot of times but i just keep going back what kind of keeps you going back though like what's like what's kind of your motivation well i love the business uh you know a a lot of guys who don't understand that, but I really do. |
