and absenteeism in the United States today. On this episode we're going to be looking at has our treatments for depression been yielding viable results and also we're going to look at seven science-backed ways to reduce the symptoms of depression.

Now to kick things off, first of all we're going to look at has our conventional treatments

tracked nearly 500 individuals with varying degrees of major depressive disorder,
