Cheers, memory heart. You guys we are back in the back house. Yes we are. I was thinking I was like,

oh last week's episode we filmed in Boston. That feels like three years ago. Yeah,

three years. Three years ago. I want the same page. Those to me are one amounts of time anyway,

so it's all good. I'm not crazy. I still feel nuts right now that it's you know the bounce back of

all of this kind of travel and like you know also for me just being around people constantly that I

like I just want to go into a hole. Yeah. I know that everyone knows I'm safe but I just I can't be

around. No everyone you guys we did the tour dates last week in Boston, New York and Philly and

you'll hear a little bit of one of the live shows at the end from Boston. But I mean everyone is so

lovely and so great and but it feels like I just went to like it feels like I did three. I was

going to say high school reunions but my high school didn't have one because they were two disorganized

red neck. It feels like I went to three rager weddings three nights in a row. Yeah, 100% and that you

are just wanting to be in good conversation with everyone. But at the end of the night just feeling

like that up and down of like your brain's still on but your body's like please dear God just go

lay down and go to sleep. It's so funny. Is there was one night where was it? Oh I think it's when

we got to New York. So we had just done the New York show which was a fucking blast. All of them

were great. Thank you to everyone that came out to these shows. It was fantastic. They've been a

long time coming and I'm glad they finally came. Grace helping. I'm running on fumes of fumes.

Oh what she I'm feeling she she got horny fumes at 945 in the morning. I know you guys we haven't

recorded a podcast in in the morning in a long time and look at us with our I mean Tony kegs a

coffee. I can't tell if this is the better way to do it. I can't either or not because I do feel

loose and like I haven't really registered that the day has started yet. I definitely not the best
