And I remember the crisis point for me was around Christmas time in 2010. I basically told Dan,

this isn't working. Like, I'd rather throw this all down the toilet if I have to continue to deal

with this organization. This is my breaking point and I'm going to walk away or I think that we

should try and buy our partner out.

I put up the Tropical MBA website, which was essentially like, come work for me.

I'll teach you how we built this business.

We'll pay you a thousand bucks a month.

And I'll also help you with your projects.

And that was the idea of starting to get people that were listening to the podcast involved in our day-to-day business.
