Welcome to today's show.

Today is a really fun day where I am handing over the podcast to Devon and the women from

the Welling Weekend and the Beauty of Business specifically. So as I was thinking about how to keep

up with my commitment to myself around consistency here on the show, Mondays and Thursday episodes,

while doing the renovation and the Welling weekend and keeping up with a two

time a week podcast schedule totally new reality for me to be living in let me tell you but also

we got creative with it and we were thinking what would be fun is handing over the microphone to

Devon to talk to the women that have been at the Welling Weekend. So I'm recording this

before they've even gotten here. This introduction in outro will be recorded beforehand. And then

Devin is in charge. So I'm actually going to be listening to this episode along with you for the

first time as it's published. So thank you, Tony, for publishing it and editing. Thank you Devin for

weekend. It is the last afternoon, the last evening. So we have had four days, five days, I think five

days of magic. And we wanted to just let you guys hear from some of the amazing women who joined us here for
