It has been a minute since I've spoken to you.

I appreciate your patience with me.

I have taken a few breaks at other previous times in

the last almost 12 years now that I've been podcasting. I think one of them was like six or eight

months long when I was in Australia and I was going into a deep, deep, deep cocoon phase. And

nobody even questioned it, batted an eye. No one asked about it. I didn't announce it. And then

eventually I just came back. And this one, I think, was just around a month or so, give or take a bit

before I came back to you. So let me share what has happened in the month since I have been

speaking to you. So if you listen to the previous episodes to this one, it was all beauty of

business all day long for

August. It was full on, fully focused, super happy and excited to be working with all the people

that I am working with today in the program now. So so happy to be doing the one-on-one sessions

and the group sessions and all that good stuff. And in the end of August, I forget the date.

I should know this date. This is now an anniversary of sorts of my life. My life changed forever at

the end of August. Let's make up a date, like something like August 22nd, but I could be off

by some days. So at the end, right as we were about to start the beauty of business at the start

of September, I switched into BHRT from birth control, which I'm going to get into in a second.

And oh my goodness, can I tell you, I did not anticipate the life-changing experience that that

shift would become. So here I am to share with you, not the science

side of it so much, but just the emotional and the journey that I have been on in this
