I haven't even lived into the questions yet, so I'm excited to get to them.

But before we do, I have a new epiphany I want to share with you, a new era unfolding that came

to me recently. And I'm very, very excited about this. I've been doing the show for since 2014.

So is that 11 years? Oh, my goodness. And for many of those earlier kind of mid years of the show,

I had many sponsors. Now, most of the time, those sponsors are quite large.

Fresh books comes to mind, Squarespace, For Sigma, can everybody, I really did love that

mushroom coffee. Oh my goodness, do I love it? I'm actually drinking a half-calf iced coffee right

now, in fact. But yeah, so those sponsors over the years were incredible to work with. And over time,

I actually stopped working with sponsors while I was kind of in the heyday of the sponsorships,

because at that time, I was going through those deep cocoon years and going into the recesses

of my soul. And it just felt easier and lighter while I was going through such an intense,

emotional beanbag releasing time, not to have the, you know, requirements of the

scheduling for all of these sponsors that were so excited to keep working with me year over
