Hello, my friends, and welcome to today's show. Today's show is an interview with someone in

our lively community who I've gotten to know over many years through IVFT and other programs

before and after as well. Dorothy Johnson is here on the show. You might know her through

social media as breakup coach Dorothy or over at Dorothy abjohnson.com.

But Dorothy is someone who I've known for many years and recently became a new mama.

And during the pregnancy process, I've gotten to work with her through Welling and some

one-on-one sessions we've done as well.

And it has been so fascinating and so fantastic

to hear how she's really used her inner voice

throughout the pregnancy and the birthing process

to navigate stuff that would otherwise have been

very emergency focused and even traumatic

and kind of borderline scary as a health experience.

But based on following her in her voice throughout the entire journey of the nine months

leading up to the birth, she was able to have an incredibly peaceful and fantastic situation,

even in something that otherwise was very much leading and heading towards emergency situations and scenario. So I'm so

excited for her to come on the show and share her experience with what she went through leading

up to the birthing experience that helped her navigate it so well and avoid, like I said,

something that otherwise could have been very emotionally and physically traumatic for her and the baby. So I'm very excited for you guys to learn more about her. Let's go to the show.
