Welcome to the lively show. Let'm so excited to do this episode. It's actually inspired by the recent classes I've been teaching,

but before I go into it, I just want to also give you a little quick heads up. In case you are interested,

we're doing a little series. I don't know how long we'll do it, but for right now we're kind of doing a little

flashback in retrospective highlighting of different evergreen or self-paced classes that we've taught over the years in the past. We've covered a lot of subjects, and we decided this

that you may not know that we have taught in the past.
