Happy Tuesday, guys. This week I am talking in the mini edition about a little

something I mentioned to my friend Ashley last week as she was helping me with the

module four Life with Intention online videos.

As we were recording them, I was mentioning to her how she may have noticed that I've started answering

my emails and responding with the word love Jess.

I told her why, a little bit about why I was doing it and she

said you should really share this with the listener so they understand. So if you've

been emailing me in the last month to six weeks you probably have noticed that I've been

signing most of my emails with the word love at the end. There's a reason behind it

I'd like to share today. So I've been learning and kind of studying this role of love in our careers and small business

because growing up I was taught love goes for people that you care about romantically your

friends and your family that That's where love belongs. And outside of that, it's not really necessary. But I've really tried to change that over the last few years in my own life and studying more about the Heart Chakra and more about

love in a universal sense, it's been really awesome. I've basically realized that there are times

when we can bring love to what we're doing when we may not normally

have done it before. So for me in the past when I would sign my emails and go into

my inbox to answer emails it would be a to-do list item. It would be something I had to do and

get done and I had to get those emails out, push them back to the people that they came to, and

move on with my day. But by changing the signature to my emails, I am shifting my approach in general to my inbox,

which really helping
