Hello my friends and welcome to today's show.

Today I have a lot of notes sitting in front of me

to try to cover what is a very big subject.

And I'm not gonna lie,

I never thought when I started the lively show

that I'd ever be talking about this subject.

It never entered my mind for the last majority of my life

until the last, I would say, seven years,

but especially in the last five,

that this topic itself is even interesting

or intriguing to me in the first place.

But in the last six months,

as you'll get to hear the whole story,

has become a prevalent predominant theme of my life.

So as I share this with you,

I am feeling a lot of interesting feelings

because I can feel the younger version of myself

that might have been highly skeptical of a topic like this.

And yet the truth of my own reality in the last six months

is so different than the skeptical version
