Hey guys, Jess here, So today's episode, the mini edition of The Lively Show is a little bit of

girl talk and me just opening up really honestly about something that I'm kind of vulnerable

about right now, but I think hopefully will help some of

those listening to this episode.

So this is kind of a hard things I'm afraid to tell you thing, you will kind of basically it comes down to

wrinkles and turning 30 so what I've learned after turning 30 last week and this has just kind

of been happening over the last few months is that I have realized everyone ages very

differently at age 30. It's shocking actually. Some people look like they're 20, other people

look like they're 35, 30 is a very interesting age.

And for myself, I've noticed over the last six months, really, that the photos I get taken

for my blog and for the website specifically I noticed that I looked different over the last six

months at first I wasn't really sure how to pinpoint it but I eventually realized it was

because there is some premature I don't know if it's premature

maybe it is mature aging I guess little wrinkles are forming on my cheeks

when I smile which kind of making my face look different than when I smiled before.

This isn't a huge deal, but I think it's kind of shocking and for those like me I'm sure that can

relate when you start to see yourself look differently in not such a

good way it's kind of a shock I went from loving taking pictures for the website to
