I am so excited to be with you on this episode 361, sharing with you a bit of a hodgepodge

of things.

There's not a Q&A, it's not an inner voice session, it is just lively talking with you.

And that's really exciting to me today.

I've got a variety of topics, some of them kind of teaching, conceptual, and some of them

just very human-oriented in our 3D bodies and things that I have been experiencing personally

that you might be curious about.

So let me go into those and also I have an exciting new class that I want to share.

I birthed the class idea yesterday night at 11pm and now I am already putting the wheels

into motion so that this begins for you in early August.

This is obviously, as I'm recording this, it's August 1st, but let me look at the quick

calendar to tell you, it's either going to start the 10th or the 17th of August.

My intuition's kind of leading me to the 17th.
