Today as you are listening, I am flying back from London to New York City.

I'm going to be in the States for about three weeks before heading out of the States again at the end of October, but I am

excited to have a little bit of fall during what is my birthday month coming up

this October. So now let's talk about today's episode. This is an interview. I can say I know I've been

getting some emails about interviews and will they be back and that kind of thing and

Flow is taking me in more of the interview direction. I think it's going to become

a mix of the solo episodes I've been doing lately as well as more interviews when the subjects

and guests that align with this work that I've been

going through in this last summer with you kind of work out.

So when those guests and subjects pop up, that is when I am going to start, you know, again, following my intuition and going with the flow and doing interviews when they make sense.

So in today's episode, we are going to cover a subject that I've been getting a lot in the Q&A episodes each month.
