Thank you so much as always for listening. Today's lively

adventure is the first one while I am back in the United States. So I got here

let's see I think that was about a week ago now, spent a few days in New York and then flew into

San Francisco and then came to wine country out in Sonoma. I think it's called Healdsburg.

I think I'm saying that right, I keep wanting to say heraldsburg but I've been here in

Sonoma for the last several days at my best friend Maggie's house. We had a

bachelorette wine tasting for our friend Marisa who's getting married in Michigan in October,

and I am sticking around these parts for a few more days and I'll share where I'm headed to next at the end of the episode, but so far so good in

terms of how it's going to be back in the United States after three months abroad.

I will say it's a little bit interesting and a little weird so far integrating this new experience

and time abroad with my old familiar routines and places and people that I know from before that

point in time. So I'm going into that and I'm learning more about how to get a handle on

integrating the new experiences I've had abroad with the familiar experiences that I have had before this trip and even the new

experiences I'm having since coming to Europe. So that's going to be probably an episode

for another day as I get more of a handle on how to integrate both of those. But today's episode

is all about something I've been thinking about specifically since the flight back from London to

New York a week ago, which is all about knowing what knowing feels like and what to do when you don't know yet.
