What I'd like to do today is actually just to start with a review and do a couple questions and answers that have been coming in before we actually jump into the meet of today's traditional Latin Mass class number three.

The first thing that I wanted to answer is there's a couple questions just on what I had taught about mental prayer.

And the two questions I got was one, are you really saying meditation's more important than the mass? And two, what do you mean by mental prayer? So as for the first one, none of the doctors of the church that I know of say that daily mass is necessary for salvation, but several doctors of the church do say meditation is necessary.

Daily meditation is necessary for salvation.

So again, what I would say is mental prayer or meditation is subjectively more important

than getting to daily mass, but objectively,

daily mass is obviously a higher prayer because it's literally the son offering himself to the father.

The question that followed that was,

what do you mean by meditation?

by a Father Roerbach, R-O-H-R-O-H-R-B-A-C-H.

to go visit her cousin, Elizabeth at Eyn Kareem.
