1:08.0	Their employees aren't just anonymous numbers on a payroll, but people
1:12.4	they have relationships with. They are part of the day-to-day fabric of all our lives. And the
1:19.7	humanness running through every layer of small businesses creates an intensity and density that quite

1:30.9	They're founders of visionary and thinker, doer and finisher.
1:34.9	They have a huge emotional investment in their work.
1:38.6	And despite what we're told, feelings are important in business.
