And it's Courtney from L.A. Happy 2026, the first pod of the year.

How are you feeling? I'm feeling good. I'm feeling rejuved. I'm feeling like I'm happy the holidays are past me, even though my Christmas decorations are up and I've made no New Year's resolutions.

But I feel good.

What about you?

I feel great.

Obviously, we had like new pods last week, but we have recorded those the week before.

So we gave ourselves like, what, 10 plus days to like really just take a break, which we haven't really taken a break. So that was nice.

It was nice. Like to. Well deserved. I think we both actually really took a step back to just like enjoy and like obviously we're still doing things. But so thank you guys for allowing us to do that. Hopefully you enjoyed.

2026 has been off to a good start for me.

I'm not a resolutions person.

I like, I loved last year because I was pregnant and it was like the first time my New Year's wasn't, or Lucian wasn't to lose weight.

Well, you're back, baby.

No, I'm just kidding. No, no, no. But, um. back, baby. No, I'm just kidding.

No, no, no. But, um, it's true. Well, I just tell people, when they make resolutions, it always has to be so hard hitting right away, right? And so it's like all these things. So you give yourself like 50 resolutions and it's like, it's January. There's a full year. Right. Right. So sometimes like when I think about what I'm going to do, not resolution wise, but I'll say like, okay, once a month I'd like to try to do X, Y and Z. I will tell you, I went to the gym on like the second because obviously the first is like a holiday. It's really the 32nd of December. So I go on the second and I'm like, oh my God, it's going to be so crowded. Like I did a Pilates class.

It was dead.

So I think today is the day.

I have a Pilates class later today.

So I'm going to do some recon.

I'll tell you guys tomorrow what the jam was. But I'm like, is everybody waiting until like today for their New Year's to start?

Of course.

It's the first Monday of January is when the resolutions kick in. They start. I mean, I did. I've been like harassing Michael. I'm like, clean eating. We got a vacation coming up. Like, where are you going on vacate? You know. In April.
