Remember I told you that Jessica and my wife forced me to go to therapy?

I didn't force you.

Well, I can't even force someone to therapy.

It was basically keep you happy and go.

No, how about keep yourself happy?

And I don't know what the or else is.

I didn't say or else.

We never had this conversation. But I will say, after being in therapy, I don't know what the or else is. I didn't say or else. We never had this conversation.

But I will say, after being in therapy, I understand the value of it now, and I wish I would have understood that sooner.

So thank you for being forceful.

It actually has turned out to be very wonderful.

I think I suggested.

In a recent session, and if you're hesitant about this therapy stuff, I totally understand.

It looks like a big waste of time.

But stuff happens, light bulbs go off, and it actually helps make us smarter, think deeper emotionally,

which is good for us.

It really is, especially in these wild times where people are pent up and things are getting

weirder and we weirder every day.

And I think it's like...

Maybe a little relief is waiting for you in therapy.
