Idaho Transportation Department worker run over by a distracted driver on his second day of work.

Damn.

According to a post by the department,

ITD said that Mark Lynn was working his second day as an inspector.

When a distracted driver drove through a construction zone,

they said the driver was in an SUV and was distracted by her dog in the back seat. In a split

second, Mark Lynn had two choices, jump over the hood or drop flat onto his back. He chose the

second option and dropped flat on his back. They said Mark Glenn hit the deck and the

vehicle just ran right over him. Everyone walked away unscathed and Mark Glenn even finished his

shift. He was run over by the car but the car did not hit them. Okay, so drove over him. He

dropped, laid flat, the car went over the top of him he sits up and continues his work i'll be honest

if i had to make that decision i think i would go for the jump it would not work and i do know that

but i the idea of laying down i don't know man i would go for the jump i look like it's i know it wouldn't

work yeah but i feel like i'll be hit by the windshield and I'll just be damaged as we're dropping flat on my back.

I'd be convinced I'm going to get run the F over.
