As always, Cody Worsham, digital media reporter for LSU athletics here with my dog, Shadow,

who is eating his kibble in the background, crunching very loudly from my home on a Thursday night.

I know this podcast is coming to you a little bit later than usual.

That was intentional. One, the bi-week obviously gave me a little bit later than usual. That was intentional.

One, the bi-week obviously gave me a little bit of a personal break. I put out another

episode of Boot Up the LSU Basketball podcast. If you're an LSU basketball fan and you haven't

listened to that podcast yet, go check it out. The other reason for the intentional break,

of course, was that LSU had quite the newsy week in terms of football,

in terms of personnel.

As you probably know by now, Miles Brennan is not playing on Saturday.

The story all week, the big story all week was who's going to play quarterback, who's going

to start that quarterback.

I didn't want to put out a podcast on a Tuesday that by the time Friday rolled around was so

dated.

So I wanted to wait until Thursday night when Coach O had his press conference and he had

his Thursday press conference.
