Biblical archaeology may be a lot more interesting than you think. Today on Prophecy Watchers, we have a very special guest.

His name is Dr. Titus Kennedy.

He is a professor of archaeology, but more than that, he likes to go out and get his hands

dirty in the field, right?

That's right. Thanks for having me, Gary.

Welcome to prophecy watchers, Titus. It's, may I just call you Titus?

Yes, of course. All right. You know, archaeology is not what it used to be.

That is to say, the common man can look at things and actually

see some amazing discoveries that don't take a lot of time and energy and knowledge of foreign

languages and so forth. There's a lot that's been discovered and laid out. And I think your book is just a classic.

It's laid out chronologically. And we're going to be talking today about some typical areas in which Titus has not only discovered little connections,

but he's put them in chronological order

with pictures for you and me

so that we can really see what biblical archaeology is

once and for all.

And before we go with our first example of what you've written, anything you'd like to

add to our discussion? I think so. Piblical archaeology for some people might be fascinating

because they're interested in ancient history or mysteries and kind of detective work, which

certainly is involved. But others might see it as sort of

academic and boring. But what I want to emphasize is two things about archaeology connected to the Bible.

First of all, the things that have been discovered and continue to be discovered, they help bring the Bible to life
