Last week, the Biden administration finalized a rule change to Title IX, a 1972 law prohibiting sex discrimination in schools.

Among other things, the rule change now applies Title IX to gender identity, with broad implications for women's spaces,

sports, and other educational opportunities. Several states are now suing the administration.
