Yeah, can't let them out of the building. Well, that's what I've learned in this coaching search.

If you really want to hire someone, you just don't let them leave. We heard that like Atlanta, Kevin

Stefansky got there. They didn't let him, well, they did let him leave the building, but then he went

to Arthur Blank's house and Arthur Blank cooked steaks for him, apparently. And then Jeff Halfley,

Dolphins didn't want to, didn't let him leave the building. Robert Sala, he actually tried to leave the building, but they just locked it everywhere. And it turned into this weird sort of horror movie, but eventually they hired him. He didn't just cook steaks for him. He cooked Joe Thomas steak. No way. Seriously. Seriously. I thought that was a joke. I think Joe Thomas was. Using the promo code. Joe Thomas said he was joking about being a part of the coaching staff. I don't know that he was joking.

I was making some coffee. We've had a lot of shows. Before, you know, I guess I just left it out by

the coffee maker, but we are going to talk those head coach hirings. We got a lot of news.

We got coaches hiring, but we also have an off-season look ahead. It was kind of bothering me

mentioning, I've been doing a lot of shows lately. Daniel Jeremiah, one of my foremost friend of

me's on earth. We've been looking at every single team that's eliminated from

playoff contention and kind of breaking down like what they need to do, big picture, this offseason,

free agency, all that stuff. And I realized because we did the NFC last week, we never hit the 49ers

and bears. And that really bothered me because these teams are important and they just lost. So we're actually going to do a little offseason look ahead for the 49ers and bears. And that really bothered me because these teams are important and they just lost.
