| 0:00.0 | You know, some people are actually too tired to be able to sleep and rest. |
| 0:28.6 | No matter how exhausted they get, their body just does not allow them to get into the deep |
| 0:34.6 | delta wave sleep. Yet other people have way too much energy and they can't sleep |
| 0:41.2 | because you have too much adrenaline or nervous energy flowing through their |
| 0:44.8 | bloodstream. So it takes a healthy amount of energy in your energy factories |
| 0:49.8 | called the mitochondria to be able to have this really wonderful sleep. So today |
| 0:54.4 | we're going to talk about three things that you can do to improve not just |

| 1:57.4 | mitochondria, into the brain to help you really sleep and go to sleep quickly. |
| 2:03.3 | The first one is the obvious one exercise. So when you exercise, you get more |
| 2:09.4 | oxygen. And so I like to do two types of exercise. Mainly every day I do a higher |
| 2:14.1 | intense exercise. And I do weight training. And with the higher intensity |
| 2:18.1 | exercise, I do really short durations. But I always do long walks or hiking. I go |
| 2:26.0 | up hills, things like that. So I'm always doing that, which is a low intensity |
