The thing I want to talk about today is qualifying your buyers. So if you're looking to be selling a property to

somebody, I found it to be very important, especially lately with everything that's changing to figure out

exactly who your buyer is, exactly what they're doing, and start to really figure out is this

somebody you want to work with. And what I have found over the years is if you can get a bunch of key people in place that are going to consistently do good business with you, you're going to want to grow not necessarily the biggest buy this, but the most quality buyers list.

So it's going to start somewhere.

And this is one of the things I've heard people say.

You guys have taken my classes before you might have heard this too when I talk about it but I saw

a guy with social media saying hey you know what you don't want 200, 300,000 people on your

buyers list you want 10-15 people that are going to buy all your deals and are reliable.

They said, yeah, I get that, but how do you find them?
