Hey, it's Antriese and welcome to another episode of the Savvy Painter

podcast. Today's show is going to be a little bit different. A few weeks ago I was

talking with Dennis, who listens to the show in Northern California and Dennis kind of called me out on something. We were talking about the

podcast and Dennis says, you're an artist, aren't you? And I answered, yes, yes I am. And in a very caring sweet way, Dennis asked, well, why don't you ever

talk about your work or about what you're doing outside of the podcast?

Tushay, Dennis, Tushay. Okay, so this episode is for you, Dennis. I'm going to talk about it.

But I'm going to talk about it in a way that I hope is useful to everyone else.

I'm going to give you a peek into my world,

kind of a glimpse into how my brain works.

And hopefully this doesn't scare you too much.

In retrospect, I guess I could say that I was always sort of a planner,

but maybe working at Disney for as long as I did sort of

amplified a lot of that.

I did a lot of project planning and project management. And so that's a lot of project planning and project management and so that sort of carried over into how I manage my studio time and how I manage to do a podcast and all the other stuff that I have going on.

And that's a question that I get asked a lot from people who listen to the show and people

who write in from the website and from the Facebook page is how, there's two questions really that I get how to manage

their time better so that they get more time painting and also how do you plan for a

gallery show?

So I'm going to sort of combine those and tell you what's going on with me.
