Steve worked there for a while cooking. Well cooking there he went to these burrito shops in the mission district where people had had these giant flower tortillas and they were wrapping the food inside and he thought, wow, what if I do the same thing but bring his own cooking skill to making sure that that which went inside the tortilla was something extraordinary.
