I can hear a sort of melodic outline in my head,

but not any specific notes.

So Paul, that's a great start,

is understanding that what you're hearing in your head,

that needs to be what comes through.

Even if it's not specific to the notes,

you can go a long, long way

and actually sound a lot better doing that,

trying to get that out, than just not hearing anything and running your hands over some

BS that you don't actually care about.

All of that meant something to me as it was happening because it was just what was happening in the moment.
