Okay guys, so we are super pumped for today's episode. We are gonna be talking all about how to just get out of a rut.

And y'all, it's about to be spring. I feel like it's kind of warming up and I just feel like I've been kind of feeling a little funky and out of it.

What about you girl?

Dude, okay. Yeah, this is perfect that we're doing this because the winter time in Texas is like usually never a season,

but it kind of has been and it's been like gloomy every single day and I definitely wasn't a rut.

So I'm just now getting out of it. So this is really, really perfect.

Yes, I feel you and I feel like too, we are both, we've both been like on the same page.

So we've actually been doing these tips and they've worked for each of us.

So we're both gonna kind of just give you our point of views of what has helped us.

All that good stuff. But we cannot talk before we get into that.

We just want to kind of chat with you guys and give you a little life update.

Talk about all the things. So Haley, what are like what's a high that's happened for you like in this past week?

Well, so with the whole decorating series thing, it's finally coming to fruition because my friend Adi just found a house.

So she's moving in and then Kieran just moved in and we like moved all of her furniture.

So it feels like we are finally taking some initiative and starting these products that we've been talking about for so long.

And there's nothing worse than just like sitting around and waiting for something that you're really excited for.

So now I feel like I'm really getting started on my passions and I'm just really excited about that.

Yes, that feels so good. I totally get that.

For me, I think probably my high was my birthday. It was super fun. I turned 21, which is crazy.

Now I was bar hopping, doing all the things. Totally kidding.

I was not doing that. I literally like, okay, I guess I had one drink or no two drinks in my birthday.
