What do I mean by that? Start a load of laundry in the washer and load that dishwasher

and get it running. Maybe you need to empty it first. But I like to start by getting those machines

running. If you don't have a working dishwasher, you might just need to do that for a sink load of dishes. But let's try to

get those machines running. I definitely did that this morning and it felt really good. After I got my

washing machine and my dishwasher running, I kind of just sat down and enjoyed that white noise

of the machines running in the background

as I sipped a second cup of coffee.
