I graduated from the University of Georgia in 2013 with a degree in journalism.

I always thought that I would be this great big-time journalist.

Then reality hit me when I graduated in 2013 and nobody wanted to hire me.

Then I started freelancing from my mom's couch.

I freelanced for about a year working at both USA Today and CNN.
