1:32.0	I think to begin with, if for investors who are new to commercial real estate investing.
1:37.0	I think what the main things to understand, it is the world's largest alternative asset class.
1:42.0	The types of underlying assets in commercial real estate, they include things like multi-family, office, industrial, retail and hotels.
1:51.0	It can even include self storage, senior housing, mobile home parks.
1:55.0	Commercial real estate investors are typically looking to earn returns through a combination of annual income and appreciation that's realized at sale.
2:04.0	Everywhere you go, you're going to encounter commercial real estate and a lot of it is privately owned.
