Welcome to the TIPS show. I've just hit the record button. I've been talking for a while now before we've gotten started.

So thank you to everybody who came out and keeps me warm and lubricated and all the rest as I move my way through things.

So I just need to be clear about this. I haven't gone out at all in 2019.

I've gone to some dates, but like the dates that I went were like some cafes and stuff.

Like I've gone to some shows, but it was like heart and shit. So I was the youngest person there besides like, you know, nurses that were paid to put people in and out of vans going back and forth from the concert.

You know, it was, it's, it's been an interesting not social year as I've been wrestling with my PTSD.

Just, uh, I, I, I, with my PTSD.

Just, I, I, just, I, I, just, I've, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, when I got in that car crash, it was really bad.

It activated my PTSD, uh, in a way that it had not been since I started dealing with it in therapy a couple years back. And it really was some backsliding in so far as the ability to leave the house

at some points. And I've talked about this. And that's kind of the tone for starting off this new

year. I got in a big fight with a close friend over the holidays. I

pushed myself for the holidays. I didn't get to spend time with friends over the holidays like

I promised I would because of this fight with this person. And between that fight, the lack of spending

holidays with friends like I said I was, and the car crash and everything that that

brought up. I just, I found it real hard to leave the house sometimes, guys, and really did.

So there are some stretches in 2019 where I don't leave the house for seven, 10, 14 days in a row.

But from where I'm sitting now, that's pretty well conquered.

And I've been able to get up and leave the house every time I've needed to for months and months now.

And I've, you know, just real brief in summary because I want this to be a fun show and I want everybody to be be with me and why I'm, why I'm smiling despite

the frustrations and everything. We're not going to go over the whole sorrow and frustration
