on O'Rolan again. I feel a lot better. I feel a lot stronger. I do have to do a super

quick recap, which even for me, we both know, we all know

that's kind of dangerous territory being up on the high wire of just letting me talk. But let's

let's see what happens. I have to do a super quick recap just for everybody who listens to the

live stuff and doesn't want to listen to too much of the

updates. Basically, in the most strict sense, I had a depressive episode last year, and I'm feeling

much, much, much better now. That's the long and short of it. It feels like a really great time

to be coming back because all of the reasons for the

depressive episodes still exist. Every, every part of it is still going on, but I feel a lot

better and I feel a lot stronger. And I feel like I've squared my circle in such a way that the things that are

sometimes bubbling up inside me that just feel, you know, hopeless, enraging. I don't need to tell

you what depression feels like these days.

You know, so far, so good, because on those fronts, the news keeps coming in, the hits keep coming, and I keep being able to turn it off and focus on things. I've literally never been better with stuff like client dates or getting stuff back to clients in a reasonable amount of time. I think I've had something

like 100% fulfillment and satisfaction rate for a couple of months now. I'm very happy about that

because, you know, it's not that I couldn't hit those stats, is that I couldn't maintain them.

So it's, it's, it's been nice and it's been rewarding.

It feels weird talking about that, but everyone's just got to brag about themselves.

And whenever I take some time away, I always seem to come back caring just a little bit fucking less what people think of me. You know, I'm sure you've, I'm sure you've noticed. It's been pointing out to me a few times in anon's and stuff. Like, yeah, yeah, yeah. You'll get sick or whatever. You'll take some time and you'll come back. You'd be like, you know what? I just realized I was fucking great the whole time through as you just care a little bit less.

Well, this time is not true because this time I care
